Payment and Refund Policies:

A $450.00 security deposit is required to book and hold your rental. Payment in full is due 45 days prior to your arrival date and 60 days prior to your holiday rental arrival. After your full payment is received, your security deposit converts to a damage & cleaning deposit. 

Your security deposit will be refunded via same form of payment after inspection of the cabin. In the event you need to cancel, we will do everything we can to re rent your week. If we re rent your week, your payment will be refunded to you in full. In the event we are unable to re rent your week you will forfeit all monies paid.

If additional time is needed to clean your cabin I.E. spilled items on floors or refrigerator, food spills or boiled over items on stove or in the oven, dirty dishes and glassware, there will be an additional cleaning fee deducted from your deposit above the required $100.00 cleaning fee. If your pet is with you, it is expected that they be picked up after in the cabin and outlying grass areas. If a pet mess is left, there will be an additional cleaning fee deducted from your deposit.

Smoking Policy:

Please remember there is NO SMOKING in the cabin! Cigarette deposit canisters are provided outside the cabin for your convenience. If it is apparent that someone smoked inside the cabin, an automatic additional cleaning fee of $250.00 will be deducted from your deposit to cover the cost of cleaning all bedding, curtains, furniture etc.

Pet Policy: 

We understand that your dogs are a big part of your family and welcome them by written approval only. Dogs are welcome for $10 per pet per night fee - limit 2. You must provide a clean bill of health certificate provided by a licensed veterinarian dated within ten days of rental stay. Dogs may not be left unattended in the cabins. An outdoor kennel with a dog house is provided on the cabin grounds. Owners are responsible for controlling and cleaning up after their dog. Please bring your pet's bedding and/or crate as we do not allow pets on cabin furniture or beds. Dogs should be on leashes at all times when outside for their safety.
